There are three sets of test cases; each consists of 
two files with the names:
    p9-*.in1: input1
    p9-*.in2: input2

Please notice that the scale of the layout data for 
each test case is 0.01. I.e. the real coordinates of 
the shapes need to be calculated from the points in 
the CIF file by multiplying 0.01.
