    Yu-Ting Tsai joined the Department of Computer Science at National Chiao Tung University as a Ph.D. student in September 2002. He also received M.S. (July 2002) and B.S. (July 2000) degrees from the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Chiao Tung University. Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science.
